MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

HELD ON THURSDAY 22^ND APRIL 2004 AT 7.00PM

Present:  Councillors Brigadier Rickett (Chairman), Councillor Lt. Col. Henderson

Mrs Cathie, Mrs. Hayman Joyce Mr. David Poulsom (Hon Treasurer)

Mr. John Shipton (Internal Auditor) County Councillor Saint

1.    Apologies: Mrs Pelczynski

 

2.        Minutes of the A.G.M held on April 18th 2003 were read approved and signed.

There were no matters arising.

 

3.        The accounts for the year ending April 22^nd 2004 were read by Mr. David Poulsom and were approved and signed.

 

      4.    The Chairman’s report 2003/2004 was read by Brigadier Rickett (copies

available on request)

5.  Expenses by Officers 2003/2004

Mr. David Poulsom: – £20.09

Lt. Col. Henderson:  – £41.39

Mrs Linda Graham:  – £44.62

 

6. Election of a Chairman 2004/2005

Brigadier Rickett was elected and accepted.

 

7. Election of a Vice-Chairman 2004/2005

       Lt. Col. Henderson was elected and accepted.

 

8. Appointment of a Clerk 2004/2005 

Mrs Linda Graham was elected and accepted.

 

9. Appointment of a Treasurer 2004/2005 

      Mr. David Poulsom kindly agreed to continue this until October 2004, which was

approved.

 

10. Appointment of an Internal Auditor 2004/2005 

      Mr. John Shipton was elected and accepted.

 

11.  Any other business:

County Councillor C. Saint gave notice of the Community Development Fund where by Warwickshire County Council are awarding grants of up to £5000.00 for small-scale Community projects. The closing date is June 15^th 2004. Councillor Saint said he has to indorse applications
