ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING FRIDAY 7th JUNE 2013

1.Apologies: Mrs H Seymour-Smith (Clerk)
2.Minutes of the AGM on the 1st June 2012. These were approved and the Chairman signed them. 3.Accounts for the year ending 31st March 2013. The End of Year Statement was approved, showing that there was £107.50 in the Current Account and £982.48 in the Savings Account The Chairman particularly thanked the Internal Auditor for the invaluable advice and hard work that he had given. 4.The Hon Treasurer then presented the Audit Commission Annual Return Form which the Chairman and Clerk then duly signed. The Council approved the despatch of the Return. 5.Chairman’s Report – copy attached.
6.Council Officers’ Expenses -none reported.
7.Election of Chairman for 2013-2014: Brigadier J F Rickett was re-elected.
8.Election of Vice Chairman: Lt Col J B Henderson was re-elected.
9.Appointment of Parish Clerk for 2013-2014: Mrs H Seymour-Smith was re-appointed 10.Appointment of Honorary Treasurer for 2013-2014: Captain J Castle RN was re-appointed. 11.Appointmaent of Internal Auditor for 2013-2014: Mr J Shipton was re-appointed.
